I am a vinyasa flow, hatha and yin yoga teacher. I use precise cues and carefully considered sequencing to teach intelligent and accessible yoga. My classes are a balance between playful practice and mindful movement.
I am fascinated by how the body works and use my understanding of anatomy to teach safe and effective classes.

I am a non dogmatic teacher. Although I teach with very specific cues rooted in my knowledge of the body and anatomy, I encourage everyone in my classes to . Everyone is welcome to modify their practice to meet their specific needs.
Originally from London, I moved to Seattle, USA, in 2015.
I started practicing yoga in 2004 and began teaching in 2012. I trained to teach with triyoga under the expert tutelage of Mimi Kuo-Deemer and Jean Hall.
Before leaving London I had the pleasure of teaching Vinyasa Flow, Triyoga Hot, Pregnancy and Mum & Baby yoga at some of London’s pre-eminent yoga studios (triyoga, Good Vibes, and Yoga West amongst others).
I have continued my training with leading teachers including, Katy Appleton (pre & postnatal yoga teacher training with appleyoga), Kristen Campbell (Tapasya Hot Yoga Teacher Training at triyoga UK) and Pam Chang (yin yoga teacher training at Bala Yoga).
